Moving out of one home and into another is always a stressful event. There is so much that you have to pack up, put on a truck and move to your new home where you unpack everything again. Most of the structures and detached buildings you have will need to be dismantled if you want to move them to your new home. Instead, your movers would use power tools to remove the nuts and bolts and put your outdoor items in large sections onto the moving truck.
Reassembly May Be Available
Some movers may be willing to reassemble your gazebo or playground after it has been dropped off at your new home. If your original item, be it a gazebo, pool house, or playground equipment has some very large parts, your movers might decide to ship these items by freight. A very large truck, often a semi trailer and rig, with a hydraulic lift gate, will be used to get your items safely to their new location. Without freight shipping, the weight of your outdoor items would be nearly impossible for the standard crew of two to four movers to manage. Any other items, such as collectible cars, which you do not plan on driving to your new home, may also be shipped this way for convenience..
Hiring Residential Movers and Not Commercial Movers
Moving items from your garden and all of your belongings from your house requires knowledgeable residential movers. Do not hire commercial movers, as they are meant primarily for moving offices and business equipment. Look for movers that are insured, bonded, and have trucks of several different sizes to accommodate the amount of stuff you own and the really large items you want to move.
